Real PR owner Marsha Strickhouser has worked in public relations for more than 20 years, with experience in corporations, franchising, university and associations.
Marsha started Real PR in June 2015 after working with public relations agencies for decades and realizing PR needs to be about stories and not just cover ups; writing about and promoting real people, struggles, victories and the good that businesses do. Real PR uses social media to work with real people, and not just nameless customers, harnessing social media in real time.
Real PR focuses on small businesses, non-profits, franchise organizations and restaurants. Clients have included United Way Suncoast, Tropical Smoothie Tampa Bay, Tin Drum Asia Café, Working Women of Tampa Bay, Prime Medical, The Marketing Posse and several small businesses.
