Financially struggling Sarasota families are now buying homes, low-income high school students are successfully applying for federal grants for college, and hardworking tax payers are saving money on tax preparation, thanks to United Way Suncoast’s investment in the Sarasota community.
Last year, United Way Suncoast invested more than $1.8 million into the Sarasota region, helping residents achieve dreams of home ownership and assisting those struggling to meet basic needs.

Nice article from the Tampa Tribune about our client, Tin Drum Asia Cafe.
Tin Drum is based out of Atlanta and has 12 cafes there. The Oldsmar location is the first cafe to be introduced in Florida, with the hope of several more in the upcoming years.
We had a great #TampaBayTuesday #tweetup today with the gals at Tampa Bay Bloggers! Eight of the bloggers were able to come out today to sample the new menu to celebrate #ChineseNewYear at Tin Drum Asia Cafe in Oldsmar, FL. This cafe is the first location in Florida, the 12th to be opened in the franchise organization. Tin Drum was started in Atlanta, GA.
How fun it was to watch them in action!

“At a Thursday night awards party in Tampa hosted by the Tampa Bay Business Journal (TBBJ), Valpak headquarters took top honors for Coolest Office Space in the bay area. Valpak received the first-place award in the New Space category.
TBBJ Deputy Editor Chris Wilkerson, who oversaw the awards competition, wrote an article in Friday’s TBBJ saying, “Valpak spent months with a design team talking with each department about how they communicate, how they meet with each other and how they can reach collaborative conclusions more quickly.”
Also, check out this terrific news segment WTSP-TV Channel 10 aired Friday after their visit to Valpak’s corporate office last week. The segment was called “How to make your boring office awesome.”
In January, just a few weeks after the 805 opened, TBBJ published this story about our new space and included a photo gallery of 29 pics.
“Within a week of moving in,” Wilkerson said, “Valpak had other corporations wanting a tour of their new space to help them make cool office space decisions.”
